 Brendan Bourke Chief Executive Officer
|
Brendan was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Queensland Motorways in August 2011.
He joins Queensland Motorways with more than 30 years operations and management experience in the toll road, utilities and banking sectors.
Brendan was previously Chief Operating Officer of the Transurban Group and Chief Executive Officer of CityLink Melbourne Ltd. Prior to that he was General Manager, Customer Service and Marketing for Transurban CityLink Ltd. In his earlier career, Brendan held a range of management positions in the electricity and banking industries.

 Matthew Dyer Chief Financial Officer

Matt joined Queensland Motorways as Chief Financial Officer in October 2011. Matt has 18 years experience in the finance, tax and business advisory sectors and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary.
Over the past nine years he has held positions within Queensland Airports Limited (QAL), including Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Matt previously held roles in the transport sector in London and with accounting firms Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen in Brisbane.

 Shirley Robertson Chief Operating Officer |
Shirley was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Queensland Motorways in July 2011 and is responsible for the Engineering Services, Operations Delivery, and Customer Service and Marketing divisions. Prior to joining Queensland Motorways, Shirley was General Manager HR & Operations for the ConnectEast Group (EastLink) where she was responsible for the customer operations and human resource functions.
Shirley has over 34 years' experience in banking, retail, utilities, and transport infrastructure. She has enjoyed a wide-ranging career spanning start-up operations, complex billing and financial systems in high volume transactions environments, shared service integrations, electronic payment services, sales, client account management, project management and investment consulting. Shirley is also highly experienced in developing and implementing multi lane free flow tolling and in successfully transitioning from start up phase to business as usual.

 Damian Morris Acting Chief Information Officer

Damian joined Queensland Motorways as Acting Chief Information Officer in April 2011 and is responsible for developing and delivering Queensland Motorways Technology, Project Management and Process Improvement capabilities.
Damian has over 15 years experience delivering mission-critical technology systems, most recently as Chief Technology Officer of tolling systems vendor Transtoll. Prior to Transtoll, Damian held various consulting and senior management roles in the finance and gaming and wagering industries.

 Susan Alvarez General Manager Corporate Affairs and Marketing |
Susan was appointed General Manager Corporate Affairs in May 2010, with responsibility for the company's reputation management, stakeholder relations, internal communications and, more recently, marketing.
Prior to joining Queensland Motorways in 2008, Susan held senior consultancy roles where she provided advice on internal and external communications to clients in the mining, manufacturing, government and finance sectors . She has more than 25 years experience in corporate communications across both private and public sectors, has successfully operated her own business and was a 2010 recipient of a Public Relations Institute of Australia Queensland Award of Excellence. |

David Wright General Manager Major Projects
|
David was appointed General Manager Major Projects in January 2012. David is responsible for identifying opportunities for new infrastructure projects and assisting with strategic road asset management.
Prior to this appointment David was General Manager Gateway Upgrade Project - seconded to Queensland Motorways from Queensland Department Transport and Main Roads (in February 2005) to lead the procurement and delivery of the $2 billion project.
With more than 30 years experience as an engineer and senior manager within the Department of Transport and Main Roads, David has been involved in the design, construction and maintenance of many major road transport infrastructure projects in south east Queensland.
