Fees – pass customers

The following fees may apply to go viavideo pass customers.


Video matching fee


We have introduced sophisticated technology and systems to enable us to provide customers with the option of video tolling.

  • motorists who choose to use a go viavideo pass will pay an additional $0.42 fee per toll point, to cover the costs of video matching

Service fee


There are additional costs involved in making our products widely available in convenient retailers.

  • go viavideo pass customers who wish to use a participating go via retailer will pay a $1.07 service fee for each transaction

The service fee does not apply when customers purchase their go viavideo pass using a credit card over the phone at 13 33 31, at one of our Customer Service Centres or online at govia.com.au


Non Payment Fees


Queensland Motorways has a toll compliance process in place and endeavours to be fair and reasonable when dealing with non payment of tolls. If you do not have a payment arrangement in place and you have travelled through a toll point, you will have three days to pay the toll via any of our payment channels. Non payment of tolls within three days of travel will result in an administrative charge for costs associated with the recovery of unpaid tolls.
